Today was a big day in the TentLife experiment, as the guys at Sunrise Alternative Energy came out to install the solar panels that will power a fan and an LED light. Click here to watch the video introduction and below are some pics of the install:

The guys at Sunrise Energy are good people, Joshon Miller oversaw the installation and Greg and Mike did the heavy lifting! It comes at a good time as last night was a hot one and as the summer rolls along it just gets warmer and warmer. This was a big win, as I am really intrigued at sustainable living and this foray into solar energy, is my first step toward lessening my carbon footprint (a first step of many).
